The gastronomic reorientation amends and furthermore completes the overall concept of HCC as a “Green Congress Centre”. Seasonal – regional – sustainable and premium ingredients for your event.

In line with the implementation of the overall concept “seasonal, regional, sustainable” we align our event offers according to the seasons and almost uniquely order at regional suppliers who attach as much importance to the quality of their produce as we attach to the well-being of our guests. In this respect, we also wish to regale vegetarians and vegans. This concerted balance of creativity, variety and sustainability is our formula for a future-oriented event catering. 

Parkrestaurant “The green side of the Stadtpark” biologically replenished! – the new organic restaurant. Our Parkrestaurant was bio-certified by the Resource Protection Ltd. (GfRS). Here, according to the motto “The green side of the Parkrestaurant”, we focus on diversified, seasonal dishes with ingredients out of organic agriculture. The organic dishes are complemented by a wide range of bio drinks. 

In consequence, the Parkrestaurant has been renovated, and also here, we attached great importance on sustainable materials. Further conceptual and constructional measures will follow in 2013.
